Vision & Mission

We, the Immaculate Conception Parish–Damar, a mixed community of mostly Filipino-Chinese, are committed to become a participatory and inculturated church of communion in the person of Jesus Christ with Mary as our Model.

In order to bring this about as a parish family, we will

• Create  programs  for  deepening the foundation of our faith through Christian education and catechesis and promote a parish spirituality that is constantly renewed;
• Engage in programs and activities that will strengthen bonds of friendship and support among different groups of the parish, particularly the rich and the poor;
• Promote effective concern and appropriate services through the different parish ministries particularly for the “little ones” of the parish, and work for the evangelization of all sectors like the youth, the families, and especially the marginalized in the neighborhoods (BEC) of the community;
• Plan, execute and evaluate the liturgical life of the parish in meaningful, relevant and inspiring parish celebrations.
